The Journal of Cosmetic Laser Therapy is the official publication of the ISCLS. This journal keeps readers informed of scientific developments and activities in cosmetic laser surgery. A subscription to this scientific, peer-reviewed journal is free with your membership and mailed throughout the year. Dermatologic Surgery is available to ISCLS members for a reduced subscription rate.

International Symposium
The Society offers in-depth scientific programs during its annual symposium on cosmetic laser surgery that address educational needs, state-of-the-art procedures, and controversial issues in the field of cosmetic laser surgery. Leading specialists in the field are brought together to review laser surgery topics such as skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, laser hair removal and transplantation, fillers and BOTOX®, treatment of lesions and scarring, laser for blepharoplasty and facelifts, treatment of unwanted leg veins, and laser tattoo removal.

ISCLS sponsored educational programs offer an open forum in which the distinguished membership can network, exchange ideas and advance their laser surgery skills. The International Symposium on Cosmetic Laser Surgery is the year’s educational highlight and as a member, you can register for this extraordinary symposium at a special reduced registration rate that is almost 50% less than the non-member fee.

Educational activities sponsored by the ISCLS are accredited by the American Academy of Dermatology for AAD Category I credit and may be used toward the American Academy of Dermatology's Continuing Medical Education Award.

Live Surgery Workshops
These workshops are conducted as part of the International Symposium and provide a unique opportunity to observe cosmetic laser surgery techniques in a small-group, live surgery setting. Hands-on workshops are also commonly held during the Symposium.

Abstract Presentation Award
The Abstract Presentation Award, in the amount of $1,000, is given annually at the International Symposium for the best oral abstract presentations. The award recognizes innovative and state-of-the-art cosmetic laser surgery topics presented at the International Symposium, which brings new information, supports the exchange of ideas and advances skills in cosmetic laser surgery.

Cosmetic Laser Surgery Research Grant
The ISCLS awards research grants each year to encourage research in areas with specific relevance to cosmetic laser surgery. The ISCLS encourages innovative basic and clinical research projects to stimulate the transfer of new information from the clinical setting to cosmetic laser surgery practice.

Participate in an organization dedicated to the excellence of continuing medical education in cosmetic laser surgery. Membership applications are now being accepted. A $50.00 application fee, payable in U.S. Dollars to the ISCLS, is due upon application submission. Annual dues in the amount of $250.00 for Physician/Scientist, $100.00 for Resident/Fellow and $250.00 for Associate will be assessed after official acceptance into the Society.
